LogicMonitor Names Vology North American MSP of the Year

Cloud-Centric Managed Service Provider Honored for Innovation in Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring and Customer Service

CLEARWATER, Fla., November 17, 2020 Vology, a leading provider of managed IT, cloud and security services, today announced that it has received the North American MSP of the Year award from LogicMonitor. The award recognizes managed service providers (MSPs) that leverage LogicMonitor in unique ways to fit their business model while providing value through infrastructure monitoring to their customers.

Record Time Cloud Migration

Approximately 30,000 customer devices are now managed by Vology and are also synchronized to ServiceNow. Vology has built a highly customized integration between LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, and Salesforce so it can properly entitle all customer assets that are in LogicMonitor. This ensures customers achieve a rapid ROI and reduced mean time to resolve critical issues—which has resulted in a higher quality of service than ever before.
