The Challenge

Clearwater Cardiovascular and Interventional Consultants needed to update their phone system and chose to install a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution. VoIP offers businesses a number of significant advantages including cost savings, increased accessibility, flexibility, and scalability, but have grown to be complex and technically difficult to install. Network integration, security considerations, ‘packet-loss’ and other quality degradation issues, and bandwidth management call for specific IT expertise not normally required for an organization of their size and specialty.
