Warranty Product Return Policy:

If a product covered by this limited warranty is claimed to be defective, the end-user customer must request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) in accordance with the Returns Procedures set forth below. An RMA request will be approved only if the customer follows the Returns Procedures described below.

The defective product must be received by Vology, Inc., within 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued. A defective product received by Vology, Inc. more than 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued will not be accepted by Vology, Inc. and will not be eligible for repair, replacement or credit.

Vology, Inc. will only pay the cost of freight for the defective product to be returned to Vology, Inc. if the customer uses the Vology, Inc. approved freight carrier and account number provided in the RMA documentation.

Warranties, Software, Key Codes, Voice Mails, Service Agreements and Special Order Items are not eligible for warranty return. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions about product eligibility for warranty return.

Customer Return Policy: (Non-Defective Products)

If a customer wishes to return a non-defective product, the customer must request an RMA in accordance with the Returns Procedure below. An RMA request will be approved only within 30 calendar days from the date of original invoice for the purchase of the product. Please contact your sales representative before requesting an RMA.

For all RMA requests for non-defective products, other than an error made by Vology, Inc., a restocking fee of 25% will be charged to the customer. Except in the case of an error made by Vology, Inc., the customer accepts responsibility for the cost of freight (both original and return shipment).

Customers must return the product in the same condition and packaged in the same manner in which it was delivered from Vology, Inc. to the customer. If a product has a manufacturer seal, and the manufacturer seal is broken, the product is not returnable.

Products received after 30 calendar days from the RMA create date will not be accepted by Vology, Inc., and will not be eligible for credit.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VOLOGY, INC.’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS ABOVE CONSTITUTE VOLOGY, INC.’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY HEREUNDER AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT WILL VOLOGY, INC., OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

DEFINED FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED BY VOLOGY, INC. TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FOR AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER CONTINUES TO UTILIZE THE HARDWARE.

Some states do not allow limitations on the length of implied warranties or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages, so some of the above provisions may not apply to you. Some states provide for additional warranty rights and remedies. The provisions in this limited warranty are not intended to limit, modify, reduce, disclaim or exclude any mandatory requirements provided by states. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns Procedures:

To request a return material authorization, please email RMA@vology.com or by phone at 1-800-998-9862 ext. 7068.

Please provide the following information in your request:

  • Company Name
  • Contact Name & Phone Number
  • Part Number & Quantity
  • Serial Number
  • Reason for Return

Return Shipping Instructions:

  • All equipment must be returned in the same packaging condition in which it was originally delivered and include all accessory items i.e., power supply, cables, line cords, documentation etc. Missing accessories or damaged equipment resulting from substandard packaging will be charged to the customer.
  • All product returns must have the RMA number listed on the return packing slip or external packaging. Please do not write the RMA number on the box.

Product Warranty

Products carry a 30 day warranty from the date of invoice. Any RMA must be initiated prior to the end of the 30th day from receipt. Returns or warranty requests after 30 days must go direct to the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Vology will not accept any warranty requests after the 30 day time period expires.

Product Return Policy

OEM returns are subject to the OEM return parameters. Generally the non-defective OEM return policy is as follows: Within the 30 day time period, products for return must be in original packaging and unopened. If the original manufacturers seal is broken, the warranty for returning the product is void. Vology will manage returns for defects within the 30 day period. Once the 30 day period expires the warranty reverts to the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Vology will not manage warranty requests after the 30 day period. If there is a difference in this policy, the specifications will be relayed at the time of purchase.

Software Returns

Software purchased from Vology is non-returnable. Any issues that arise must be handled through the Manufacturer.
