This phone easily connects to your Ethernet VoIP enabled line to allow a more cost effective and clear way to communicate. The ShorePhone IP 115 handles two-way VoIP communication at half duplex network settings. A 16-character back lit screen handles 80x8 pixels to display caller information such as Caller ID, date and time, and other features.
The ShoreTel 10217 handles a single line for communication. The built-in 10/100 Ethernet switch allows for a single line to be plugged into the phone while providing network communication to a connected computer. Wideband communication on the ShoreTel IP Phone 115 allows for clear communication optimized for Internet use. This VoIP phone supports MGCP protocol, VLAN technologies, 5004/udp QoS, and DiffServ/ToS for optimum functionality on your network.
The ShorePhone IP 115 supports 802.3af Power-over-Ethernet capabilities, allowing it to work without having to free up an additional power socket. However, it does support the ability to use a local power option. The PoE feature needs to have the power injector, or the phone needs to be utilized on an Ethernet switch that provides Power-over-Ethernet.
With the ShoreTel IP Phone 115, you can transfer calls with a push of a button. It supports conferencing calling, hold, intercom, redial, and voicemail capabilities. Volume and mute controls give the user the ability to adjust settings to his or her own personal comfort.
