That's why Vology backs all our certified pre-owned products with an industry-leading warranty policy that covers them for a full FIVE years.
Here's a brief overview:
- Your certified pre-owned product will be materially free from defects under normal use and service for five (5) years.
- We will repair your product, provide free advanced replacement, or credit your account if you have a problem with any product under warranty.

Standard 5-Year* Warranty Policy
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Vology, Inc., Certified Pre-Owned products and selected new products purchased after September 1, 2011 carry a 5-year for the original purchasers of the products from Vology, Inc. Vology, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its Certified Pre-owned Products will be materially free from defects under normal use and service for a period of 5 years from the date the product is shipped by Vology, Inc. to the customer.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, reasonable use of the product during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply:
1. to normal wear and tear;
2. if the product has been mistreated or mishandled:
3. if the product has been improperly installed or configured;
4. if the product has been has been subject to an accident;
5. if the product has been has been subject to lightning, power surges, incorrect electrical voltage, or any electrical stress
6. if the product has been subject to an act of God; or,
7. if the product has been modified.
If a product covered by this warranty is claimed to be defective, the customer must follow the warranty return policy described below. Upon receipt of returned products, Vology, Inc., at its sole discretion, will either choose to repair, replace or issue a credit to the customer’s account. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product shall terminate upon the termination date of the original warranty period of the defective product.
This warranty does not cover Software products, Key Codes, Voice Mails, batteries, headsets, licenses and Extended Warranty agreements, Service Agreements or Special Order Items.
This warranty only covers Certified Pre-Owned Product(s) and selected new product(s). All partnered manufactures are excluded from this warranty. Our Certified Pre-Owned Product passes a comprehensive physical inspection, is exposed to rigorous refurbishment, is kept in our state-of-the-art warehouse and is stored and sent in quality packaging. Warranty Product Return Policy
If a product covered by this limited warranty is claimed to be defective, the end-user customer must request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) in accordance with the Returns Procedures set forth below. An RMA request will be approved only if the product is still within the warranty period, and the customer follows the Returns Procedures described below.
The defective product must be received by Vology, Inc., within 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued. A defective product received by Vology, Inc. more than 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued will not be accepted by Vology, Inc. and will not be eligible for repair, replacement or credit.
Vology, Inc. will only pay the cost of freight for the defective product to be returned to Vology, Inc. if the customer uses the Vology, Inc. approved freight carrier and account number provided in the RMA documentation.
Warranties, Software, Key Codes, Voice Mails, Service Agreements and Special Order Items are not eligible for warranty return. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions about product eligibility for warranty return.
Customer Return Policy: (Non-Defective Products)
If a customer wishes to return a non-defective product, the customer must request an RMA in accordance with the Returns Procedure below. An RMA request will be approved only within 30 calendar days from the date of original invoice for the purchase of the product. Please contact your sales representative before requesting an RMA.
For all RMA requests for non-defective products, other than an error made by Vology, Inc., a restocking fee of 25% will be charged to the customer. Except in the case of an error made by Vology, Inc., the customer accepts responsibility for the cost of freight (both original and return shipment).
Customers must return the product in the same condition and packaged in the same manner in which it was delivered from Vology, Inc. to the customer. If a product has a manufacturer seal, and the manufacturer seal is broken, the product is not returnable.
Products received after 30 calendar days from the RMA create date will not be accepted by Vology, Inc., and will not be eligible for credit.
Warranties, Software, Key Codes, Service Agreements and Special Order Items are not eligible for return. Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions about product eligibility for return.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VOLOGY, INC.’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS ABOVE CONSTITUTE VOLOGY, INC.’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY HEREUNDER AND IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT WILL VOLOGY, INC., OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
* FOR PURPOSES OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, AND AS A RESULT OF THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY, “LIFETIME” IS DEFINED AS 5 YEARS FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED BY VOLOGY, INC. TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
Some states do not allow limitations on the length of implied warranties or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages, so some of the above provisions may not apply to you. Some states provide for additional warranty rights and remedies. The provisions in this limited warranty are not intended to limit, modify, reduce, disclaim or exclude any mandatory requirements provided by states. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return Shipping Instructions:
- All equipment must be returned in the same packaging condition in which it was originally delivered and include all accessory items i.e., power supply, cables, line cords, documentation etc. Missing accessories or damaged equipment resulting from substandard packaging will be charged to the customer.
- All product returns must have the RMA number listed on the return packing slip or external packaging. Please do not write the RMA number on the box.
- An RMA expires 30 days after it is created. If the RMA expires before the product is received by Vology, Inc., the customer will not be eligible for credit or will incur a processing fee of $150.00 or 7% of sales price.
